Our client wanted to create a larger family room with a additional 2 bedrooms on the first floor, our client wished to utilise the space located adjacent and on top of the double garage into a more family living area.

  • Light demolition to existing porch and  
  • DPC 
  • Floor insulation to regulations 
  • Structural concrete and screed 

Stage 2 

  • Brickwork and blockwork super  structure 
  • Cavity wall insulation 
  • RSJ steels 
  • Structural lintels 
  • Floor joists and camber deck flooring 
  • Scaffolding  

Stage 3 

  • Roof trusses, new concrete tile roof and vertical tiles to extension 
  • Facias soffits and guttering to entire property 
  • Windows and doors 
  • Roof/loft insulation
