Financial, Programme & Procurement Control
Early design review and technical validation provide greater clarity around project costs, programme requirements, and procurement. By identifying risks and opportunities at the outset, we help clients make informed decisions, minimise rework, mitigate supply chain issues, and maintain greater control over costs throughout the project.

Design & Technical Expertise
Our experienced teams review and assess architectural and technical proposals with a focus on compliance, safety, buildability, and long-term performance. Working across the building envelope and wider construction elements, we provide informed advice on materials, system compatibility, detailing, and practical construction requirements to ensure designs can be delivered effectively.

Compliance
Our pre-construction expertise helps clients navigate the requirements of the Building Safety Act and Building Safety Regulator, ensuring projects are developed with compliance and safety embedded from the outset. We provide the technical expertise, information, and supporting documentation required to assist duty holders in demonstrating compliance, maintaining robust project records, and progressing Gateway one and two submissions.

We incorporate sustainability into the design, procurement, and construction strategy from the earliest stages of a project. By considering material selection, energy efficiency, carbon reduction, waste management, and whole-life performance, we help clients achieve their environmental and ESG objectives while creating buildings that deliver lasting value.

Collaborative working & Risk Management
With greater accountability and responsibility under current building safety legislation, establishing clear roles and responsibilities is essential. Our pre-construction approach brings key stakeholders together, helping to define duties, deliverables, and information requirements from the outset. This creates greater transparency, strengthens collaboration, and supports a safer, more effectively managed project throughout its lifecycle.
Existing external wall fixings
⦁ Before we arrive on-site, we will arrange for all relevant utility cables (BT and electric) to be re-positioned or made safe by competent people.
⦁ Plants and shrubs will be removed from the surface of the walls
⦁ Gates and posts connected to the wall will be removed and re-positioned once work is complete
⦁ Satellite dishes will be removed and temporarily fixed to the scaffolding if applicable
⦁ Flues and gas pipes will be extended to accommodate the insulation
⦁ Soil pipe and downpipe will be altered to accommodate the insulation
