What is SHDF?

The Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) is a UK Government initiative to upgrade social housing to a minimum Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band C. This reduces carbon emissions, tackles fuel poverty, and improves the comfort and health of tenants.

What is PAS 2035?

PAS 2035 is the British Standard for energy-efficient retrofits. It outlines best practices and a whole-house approach to ensure successful outcomes, avoiding issues like damp and mould. Compliance with PAS 2035 is mandatory for SHDF-funded projects.
