Design and build of an existing structure into 16 luxurious studio apartments, complete with both internal and external communal spaces. This included obtaining planning permission and securing necessary approvals required for build. Beyond the interior, the project extended its scope to the external surroundings. This included the installation of aesthetically pleasing block paving, the creation of soft landscaping features and the development of an entertainment room. These external amenities enhance the overall appeal and functionality of the residential complex, contributing to a holistic living experience for the future occupants.
