Asbestos Removal and Scaffolding

Subcontractors were carefully selected based on their ability to provide value to end users, considering factors like time, cost, and quality. Whole life costing was considered to ensure the best value for money for the client.

Outcome and Impact: The project was completed on time and within budget, delivering significant energy savings and enhanced comfort for the residents. The use of energy-efficient solutions like solar panels and air source heat pumps helped reduce the environmental footprint of the properties.
